Fear is a dangerous thing, and it can rule your life if you choose to let it. The question however, is what you are going to do about that fear, and what you are going to do once you final manage to rid yourself of it. This can be a rather difficult question, but it does indeed have answers. Living a Course in Miracles is a course that was first published in 1975 by Kenneth Wapnick, and since then it has gained a huge following from many respected individuals.

These are of course only a few of those who have benefitted from these pages, and the methods described within this course will undoubtedly help anyone to live a better life. The first thing you need to understand is that you are the ONLY ONE holding YOU back. Life is scary and no one can deny that, but this program contains the information you need on transforming your own life into one that you WANT to live.
One major reason that people never tend to change is fear. There is always fear of the unknown, and fear of change. Those without fear tend to have absolutely no problem changing their way of thinking, if they even have to change at all.
